In July of 2023, Barbara, Toby and I were staying at the Blue Mesa RV Park with our friends Keith and Janice, outside of Gunnison, Colorado. One night I got up early and attempted to take photos of the Milky Way. I like the way these photos turned out, especially since this was my first crack at it, except for the land surface is blurred due to the earths rotation. I have tried to learn how to edit these photos using Photoshop, so that the land surface is not blurred, but have not been able to master the process so I decided to go ahead and post them here. Some of the photos have vehicles, on highway 50, and airplanes, in the sky, passing through them, which, to me, add to the photos. If you can, view these photos using a computer. A cell phone doesn’t do these photos justice. Take a look!
