Yellowstone National Park (Day 1)

Recently, Barbara, Ellie, and I got the pleasure of exploring Yellowstone National Park (YNP). There’s no way you can see this park in one day, so we did our exploring over a period of three days, and that is how I’m going to break it down here. The first day, the three of us explored the west side of the park along the Madison River, the Firehole River and the Continental Divide.

The Firehole River. This river never freezes in the winter due hot water from some of the geysers, upstream, pouring into it.
